As a licensed practicing psychotherapist for the past thirty years, I understand and know what it is for clients to transform their lives.
I received my Master of Social Work degree from Washington University in St. Louis and today have combined this with training in Gestalt Equine Psychotherapy trained and Wellness Coaching as well as certification in EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association).
Using horses (no experience necessary) writing and Laughter Yoga, we together, will develop the skills and insights you need to make profound changes as you discover where you may be blocked.
My publishing credits include The Sunday New York Times, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, Sporting Times, Chicken Soup for the Prisoner's Soul and many other anthologies.
I live in Santa Fe, N.M., with my wonderful horse and co-therapist Snickers and my two amazing rescue dogs, Hogan and Magic. My clients are local, national and international.
If you are motivated and ready to invest in yourself, call me anytime for a no-obligation consultation.
I would love to hear from you.
Working with Jane and Snickers is a profound experience. Jane’s keen observations of my interactions with Snickers allowed me to recognize long-standing patterns quickly and viscerally. Jane creates and holds a space where it is safe to explore those patterns and consider new ways of being.
